Horizon Buffet at 3095 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, Florida.

A very interesting take on all-you-can-eat. I usually don't like buffets unless it is to get a take of a variety of dishes. But this is more of order what you want until you are full. The servings are small (except the sushi!) and allow you to try different things, but all fresh! The sushi was great. The general chicken was very good, just not very spicy. But everything was so FRESH! Soup, spring rolls, sushi, entrees! It was very interesting and tasty.
